New York Premier Soccer has established a vertically integrated pyramid that caters for a players development from the age of 7 - 18 years.

The NYPS player development program offers players an opportunity to graduate through Soccer Schools, NYPS Juniors and Premier.  As a result of the NYPS Player Development Pyramid, the club strives to produce players who can compete at the highest level of soccer throughout the world.

Aside from the NYPS Player Development Program, the club operate an extensive camp and clinic program.
