The NYPS Premier Team Program is designed for serious and talented soccer players aged 13-18 and is focused on player development.

As part of the club mission statement, NYPS seeks to provide players with the opportunity to improve as athletes and as people by fostering an identity of excellence.  NYPS will strive to produce players who can compete at the highest level of soccer competition throughout the world.

NYPS’ commitment to its players is to provide them with the best coaching available in a professional, elite player environment. All players will conduct themselves at all times in accordance with the NYPS Premier Team player code of conduct and all players will be treated as equals.
 
At NYPS, Player Development is the number one priority.  The winning tradition, NYPS has established is based on each player improving over the time they are with the club.  The success of NYPS programs is testament to the pursuit of excellence and the club’s ability to take players to a higher level of understanding technically, tactically, physically and psychologically.  Since our parent company, MPS, was formed they have won ten national titles at youth level.

Our parent company, MPS, is the only club in Massachusetts to host an annual College Showcase event during the spring break for all its players.  The club also attends showcase tournaments such as PDA and Score at the Shore.  Players from the MPS Premier Team program have gone on to attend Harvard, Clemson, University of North Carolina, Boston College, University of Pennsylvania, Northeastern, Brown, Cornell, Providence and Williams and Amherst amongst many others.
